Thank you for choosing DC Dental Spa for your dental provider, and we all look forward to seeing you for your first dental appointment. Our team will help to ensure you have a great and comfortable experience before, during and after your appointment with us.

1. I have scheduled my first dental appointment. How should I prepare?

Once you schedule your appointment, we will email you a new patient packet. We ask that you fill out these forms before your appointment or allow 15 minutes to fill out paperwork at our office, prior to your appointment.

2. What should I do if I have dental insurance?

Please provide us with the information prior to your appointment to allow us time to provide a benefits breakdown.

3. What can I expect during my initial dental exam?

Dr. Rex will discuss the overall health of your mouth and use his experience to provide a customized treatment plan according to the goals you initially specified in your new patient paperwork. If you choose to proceed with the recommended treatment plan, then you can work with one of our coordinators to schedule an appointment.

4. What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We reserve the right to charge for appointments canceled or broken without 24 hours advance notice.
