Do You Know How to Brush Your Teeth?

One thing we really focus on is making sure that you and your entire family know the proper way to brush their teeth.

Here are the basic steps: Position your brush at a 45-degree angle toward the gums and gently move the brush back and forth across your teeth in short circular motions. Brush the front surfaces, the back surfaces, and the tops of the teeth, making sure to reach the back molars where food can build up in the crevices while chewing. You do this twice a day for two minutes each time and floss between your teeth and your visits will become easier.
